Shipping Information:
At Posh Doggie Necklace (PDN), shipping is always free for our US, Canadian and UK customers. Contact us for more information if out of these areas. We ship USPS First Class unless otherwise stated.
Packaging:
Upon completion, all doggie and kitty jewelry is polished and placed in an organza bag with satin
ribbons. It is then wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in a padded
envelope for shipping. We have shipped hundreds of packages this way
and none have been damaged in shipping.
Time frame:
Since each dog or cat collar is handmade, for your special pet, please allow7-14 business days prior to shipping; some orders may ship much sooner. But please remember, your doggie necklace isn't made until your
order is placed. Created especially for your lovable pet. If for some
reason your order is delayed, we will be sure to notified you.
Engraving: Please give detailed engraving instructions in the text box on each page. We will probably contact you just to make sure we have everything correct. Also, please allow an additional week if you are ordering engraving with your dog or cat collar tag or charm purchase. Once the PO has it:

remember, once I place your posh doggie necklace or kitty necklace at the
Post Office, it is out of my control. If you do run into a problem,
please notify me and I will do my best to help. However, I can not be
held responsible for lost packages. Insurance is available upon request
at the customers expense.
Expedited shipping:
We
understand that sometimes you may need or want your doggie necklace quickly.
For an additional charge, we may be able to expedite your order. Just contact me to discuss options.

If
you have a special request, please let is know. We want to make sure we
